starryeyesnstarryskies asked: Here's a funny, over-the-head Friends quote moment: I was hanging out with one of my guy friends and sex came up in our conversation. He talked about this one girl he slept with once that really liked dirty talk. Well, quoting Ross' "vulva" moment to someone who hasn't seen very much of the show is very awkward! Hahahaha!

kellylaurenn asked: i literally find myself quoting friends in everyday conversations and none of my friends like friends to the extent that i do so they don't understand and often get mad at me. the other day my friend came to me for advice and i literally said to her "I'm not so good with the advice, can i interest you in a sarcastic comment?" and although this is extremely true about me...

Anonymous asked: My boyfriend and I used to watch friends every single day. I borrowed the a few seasons from a friend and then eventually just bought all 10 seasons. Whenever we didn't have anything to watch one of us would just pop a disc in. Those days just watching friends and laughing were probably the best of my life so far.

harvelous asked: We play FRIENDS shuffle. Where we have to randomly choose an episode from the extended DVD editions. We do it every other night. Pretty fab, unless it's a ross heavy episode :/

gardhylee asked: Friends has taught me just how no matter how hard or difficult life may be, the people you love and that love you back will always be there for you [haha ;)]. Also, the show has honestly brought me happiness! Every time I'm down or just need to laugh, Friends never fails. They are honestly my second family! Hahaha :) It's just so precise with things that happen in life; which contributes...

racingsunbeams asked: what I love is that FRIENDS literally can be referenced in an everyday conversation ALL THE TIME. My friend was over the other day and I said "oh remember on friends when..." half a dozen times. in a single conversation.

pullingmysocksup-deactivated201 asked: with the Monica/Chandler baby thing, I think they were trying to keep it from being too 'fairytale ending'. That's not what Friends is about, Friends is about working things out even when circumstances aren't ideal. So Ross and Rachel spend 10 years dancing around each other, have a baby at a really inconvenient time but then end up together. Phoebe loses Mike but gets him...

Anonymous asked: maybe because courtney cox herself had a very difficult time to have a baby? she only succeeded after years of trying. maybe it was a way the writers found to represent all young women going through the same problem? I don't know, it might be.

Anonymous asked: In regards to the Monica and Chandler question, I suspect it may have something to do with the fact that pregnancies were so previously emphasized on the show, with Carol and Ross, Ross and Rachel, and Phoebe carrying her brother's babies, that they wanted to make a new plot in which Monica and Chandler had to struggle together to get what they want so badly.

Anonymous asked: do you know why they didn't let monica and chandler have their own kids? since monica wanted to carry her own children so badly, also a main reason why she broke up with richard
